Leaving on our trip tomorrow. Checking out the webcam to see the "ocean view" we might have on our second day "there." I am hoping this is not accurate but all other webcams that I checked out in the country are either live or black if they are down. Now you have a pretty good idea of where we are going? And, yes, I am bringing a raincoat.
I have a trip of my own coming up and have been obsessively checking the weather for the next 10 days.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful trip, and who knows, the sun may actually shine once or twice!
Well, good luck with that weather! We spent two weeks in Europe last year, even in Paris, in the rain. Ugh!
ReplyDeleteWe've been trying to figure out how to put up a webcam. Could be fun.
ReplyDeleteNo, I haven't a clue. Oh well ;-)
ReplyDeleteAnd an umbrella. :)
ReplyDeleteGeorge likes much of Asian art, and this photo on his page comes from the San Francisco museum of Asian art. He owns quite a bit too.
Yup, definitely grey out there.
Rain can make vacations interesting. Once I was in Venice and it was raining so hard it seemed the whole world was made of water. I hope you're having a terrific time.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy what you can, and i hope the weather clears.
ReplyDeleteOooh Ireland. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful trip.. no matter the weather.
ReplyDeleteLooks pretty foggy. Ordinarily I might guess Oregon, but it's bright & sunny here, except for the far southern part, which is experiencing smoke from CA.
ReplyDeleteYou going to the UK?
That's the weather?? If it was winter time, I would say Vermont, but since it is not...no clue.
ReplyDeleteScotland? Uranus?
ReplyDeleteALOHA from Honolulu

NO effin way! I am "green" with jealousy! LOL!
ReplyDeleteps - I love mahjong! I play it all the time. Especially if I am waiting for the computer to do something and I need to keep my brain/hands occupied so I don't go off and try to open something else up making the computer run even slower!
Grand Lake of the Cherokees in Oklahoma to visit me????
ReplyDeleteFoggy, overseas ... England? Ebola, weapons ... West Africa? Maybe as you suggest, the camera is not working.
ReplyDeletewell, as I learned back when I went camping, if your trip lasts more than 5 days you will definitely experience a change in the weather.
ReplyDeleteWhereas I flinched when I heard that Air France unions are scheduling a pilot's strike for next week. Such things have been known to be extended -- and I leave in two weeks. Oh, joy....
ReplyDeletehope you are enjoying your trip wherever it is. We are supposed to get rain soon in Oregon and we badly want it to cut fire danger :)
ReplyDeleteI hate when the live cam is blank! Like the last time I tried a snowy owl cam! They have those on the bridge views here. Really raining in Eastern NC this week...
ReplyDeleteHope it clears up for your trip!
Waiting on some travel pics. Oh, Liam just spilled a bowl of water on my netbook ..... ..... ....
ReplyDeleteSafe journey where ever you go.
