Your iris is beautiful! What is the flower in the first photo? I have a mixed bag of emotions about motherhood--I had a wonderful mother---who had her own problems---and I'm left hanging back in left field when it comes to figuring out even the beginnings of this step-mothering business. :)

ReplyDeleteMotherhood is one occupation that is on the job training. I did what I thought was right at the time, but now see mistakes I made.

ReplyDeleteIn Japan, children give their mothers Carnations on mother's day. It's their practice.
