Earth Day

This home we have been given to live on is much too wonderful for us not to try each and every day to leave less than footprints on our life journey.

  1. I would know I was in heaven if I awakened under such surroundings. Wow,what a great trip you must be having!

  2. Granny Annie, this photo was taken several years ago on one of the Hawaiian islands. It was from a hike taken back into one of the lovely valleys there. I got back from the cruise several days ago and now have garden mud under my fingernails once again.

  3. I agree with Granny Annie. I would also feel I was in Heaven awakening to such surroundings. Also if I could take an image like this "I would think I had arrived"

  4. That is a lovely photograph...you have a very perceptive eye. Also, come to think of it, looking at your id photo, it's quite nice looking as well. I know, I know...Bagman's back but we're giving him some slack because we hurt his feelings.

  5. We must save the planet for future generations. Did you read about the idiotic numskulls that the Republican reps invited to testify on climate change? The statements they made about there not being climate change are so ridiculous that they don't bear repeating.

  6. It looks like Kauai to me. I know I stood in almost the same spot! Heaven on earth. I cried looking at it, thinking how fortunate we were to be there.
