I am packing and one of the first things I did was pack my camera, lenses and batteries. I do not leave until tomorrow. I am going crazy without my DSLR and the hummingbird is visiting over and over and over and over again. Yep, it IS an addiction.
Artists/creative types priorities are like the North Star Er, what about a charger and extra memory cards? An extra camera is nice to have as well. Happy Packing
if you ever want to talk about actual, real addiction, let me know. I've treated a lot of it, and in earlier years experienced a bit myself. Real addiction is not what you are talking about. You're talking about what we fancy, what we like, what makes us peppy. Addiction is a very different animal. Cheers, Mike
Dear you...You are so wonderfully funny. Take it out and lay it on top of your carry on. That way you can use it before you leave. And too, you can always use your phone. :) Bon Voyage.
It's easy to become compulsive about trying to get a perfect picture! I'm turning it off n on. go days without then see things I must capture. Having a ready cam is key I think tho- I do enjoy your pics alot!

ReplyDeleteCheers,

The camera bug has bitten you, and what you really are is smitten!
ReplyDeleteI just read Mike's comment and think I mist not be an addict after all, but just someone who loves routine! Have a great trip, Tabor. :-)
ReplyDeleteHopefully your camera will be ready for you when you reach your destination. I can't wait to see the results.

ReplyDeleteIf you are.like me, you will pack the camera and check that you did that at least three times.
ReplyDeleteAre you flying? You may have to take your camera out.
ReplyDeleteI'd think the camera would be the last thing you would pack.
ReplyDeleteGo have a wonderful time. This will be a special trip, and I am looking forward to seeing the pictures on your return. How about a Facebook album?
ReplyDeleteHave fun, and yes, it's definitely an addiction! But as far as addictions go, it's a good one!
ReplyDeleteI know you will treat us with lots of fabulous photos upon your return.
ReplyDeleteI'm sticking to my Cool Pix and I=Phone camera for the time being. Maybe I don't want a camera that can see better than I can!
ReplyDeleteI have it too and I probably would unpack it!

ReplyDeleteUse your phone when all else is unavailable. Stills the craving.
