Make some tea or some cool lemonade and come walk with me though my spring garden. I am REALLY lucky this spring that not much has eaten, destroyed or killed my beautiful flowers. So I am enjoying them, because like any experienced gardener, I realize these beauties are most temporary. I wish I could pick a bouquet and bring them right over!
But you did!!! And I'm loving them. What a productive, vibrant garden you have!
ReplyDeleteWow! Such beauty and such variety!
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous flowers and wonderful photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing

Gorgeous flowers. We as yet only have buds, sigh. One more record breaker of 29 degrees or less we fear will do them in.
ReplyDeleteThis was a glorious tour! Thank you
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...is the third one mountain laurel? I just read an article about them!
ReplyDeleteLovely. I can smell their fragrance just by looking at your pictures.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the lovely pictures, they were joyful to one who has had every thing, but the rosemary, munched by the deer, turkeys, jays, raccoons, and one mangy coyote...
ReplyDeleteYes, Beverly, it is a hybrid and since they grow wild around here I am hoping this one will last. The second is a "hardy" gardenia and I am also hoping it lasts although it is at the top end of its range.
ReplyDelete"I wish I could pick a bouquet and bring them right over!"
ReplyDeleteYou did! Thanks for the garden tour :)
I bet your garden is spectacular! These photos surely are.
ReplyDeleteRe your question: she will be 42 next month. She has 4 kids, inc. twins and her husband has custody of his 3 (one is in college). She's an amazing person, but a lot of credit goes to her husband - without his agreement and help, she couldn't have done it.
Wow, what beauty you have surrounding you! :)
ReplyDeleteFlowers would be lovely, but I would settle for you bringing over some sunshine.
ReplyDeleteOh, marvelous. I who am allergic to flowers, say thank you. :)
ReplyDeleteHow is this possible?
ReplyDeleteFive minutes ago you were bitterly crying about the cold winter and now you have roses! Roses in Mid-May! And so much else.
I shall have to go round and take photos of actual flowers blooming chez nous.
I spent much of Saturday cutting down shrubs that died.
One bouquet, hundreds with which to share them. Thank you for including me. Beautiful flowers. :)
ReplyDeleteAhhhh...beautiful! Thanks...xoxo
ReplyDeleteI hopped over from Grammolgy comments- cause I blog just for me too!
ReplyDeleteWell, just have to say I love your flowers! Think thats Mountain Laurel like my Mom used to have with the stripes, n what a beautiful coolection of roses!
Ours aren't out yet up here in the NorthEast.
Good Pics!
Your Flowers are beautiful, and make me smile all the way here. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring!
those flowers are all gorgeous,
ReplyDeletethank you for brightening my day!
So beautiful, and thank you so much for sharing them. What I love about the pictures is the sense of a very large scale object. Flowers towering above us like trees.
ReplyDeleteTabor, you've turned us all into Thumbelina! It's absolutely marvelous.
Perfect timing! I just made myself a cup of coffee, so had that to sip while I toured your flowers. I can just imagine your garden.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful garden, such lovely flowers! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi Tabor, Thank You for taking us on a tour of your garden. Your flowers are gorgeous. I love all of the different colors and varieties. I also enjoyed the lemonade. Thanks!!!! ha
ReplyDeleteHugs,

A bouquet of refreshment!
ReplyDeleteI just made a fresh cup of tea and settled down to look at your lovely flowers. I didn't recognize the white flower, and had no idea there was a hardy gardenia. Adding it to the wish list right now....
ReplyDeleteOh what joy your garden must be.
ReplyDeleteOur townhouse community has a dedicated group of landscape committee women (master gardeners) who lovingly plant flowers in the common areas twice a year. The maintenance company takes care of the heavy lifting.
Beautiful flowers.
I am never bored looking at these beautiful flowers.
