Important Holiday Thoughts
No matter how you feel about this current conflict, please keep all the soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines in your thoughts this holiday season and throughout the year. They have a big mission to accomplish under very difficult conditions and we want them all back home to reunite with their families as soon as possible!
yes, indeed, Tabor.
ReplyDeleteEven on Christmas Eve there was a news item telling of yet another death on the frontline. I cannot believe that this war is justified, but, as you say, i want the dying and killing to stop; Sadly, I also know, that it won't.
I have just read your last post (Oh, it feels good to get back online) and I thank you for your great kindness and generosity. Yours are presents which will not be returned to the shop.
Happy New Year, friend.
AMEN. I don't know any of them personally, but my hope is that they will all remain safe and come home intact.
ReplyDeleteMy grandson spent two tours in Iraq and we are so glad he's home safe and we pray and thank every soldier man or women for protecting our country.

Of course we want each and every soldier back to their loved ones. I hope they'll take a break from warring and celebrate with their fellow soldiers.
ReplyDeleteTabor, thanks from the granny of one who serves our country.
ReplyDeleteAlways, Tabor. Thanks for expressing it.
