Downtime
This creative project was motivated by Colleen's comment on the business card left by one of the many geese on the river in my earlier post. I couldn't resist and since I don't have anything to write about right now due to some stresses at work, I have decided that I need to continue to focus on such humor in my down time.
Tabor, I enjoyed the graphic with its floating feather, the humour and the mention of the geese too - how I miss the great Canadas at this time of year. My ears are already tuned skyward for the sound of geese and loons returning in springtime, although our greening season is a long way off. It's very cold here at the moment, and trudging through the deep snow to top up the deer feeding stations and the bird feeders in Lanark, I have been taking comfort in the fact that in only a few weeks, Great Horned Owls will be nesting in our woods in Lanark.
