It All Stops

That one time of the day when the voices stop their annoying whispering in my ear.  The shaking of the fingers scolding me for my wasted moments, the sad shaking of the head for my neglect of friends and family, the negative thoughts of what a waster of time I have become all stop while I say goodby to another precious and beautiful day.  Tomorrow I get a fresh start to be a better and more productive person.

  5. It's almost that time of day here, and I'm sinking into my chair as the sun sinks. I was very productive today, and I'm tired.
Beautiful photo! I don't have that view.

  7. Listening to those voices in your head never leads to any good, Tabor. Banish them. Do as you please and show them who is boss. And have a lovely day tomorrow.

  11. You've likely had a productive life. This is just a day. Even if it's a bunch of days, it's okay. :)

  12. No time is wasted that is spent looking at that beautiful scene. You have captured a feeling I remember having had sometimes. I have gotten over it somehow. Lots of sunsets, I guess.

  13. Too often we are our own worst critics. Probably why we're sent sunsets like that.

  16. Beautiful photo, and I love your end of day thoughts! It's such a balance between making good use of our time because every day is precious, but also taking time to stop and smell the roses..... or in this case a glorious sunset!

  17. I'd say you're one of the most productive people I've come to know. Tell the voices to take a hike! Your sunset photo is glorious.
