This Sunday

Home alone on this Easter morning while hubby is on travel for the week.  Daughter and family are celebrating in Florida and son and DIL perhaps in PA.?  Still I am wishing those of you who are rejoicing the resurrection a good and song filled holiday.

Wishing those of you looking for brightly colored orbs and chasing the Easter Bunny, a laugh filled morning and a chance for a nap when the little ones come down from the sugar high.

And for me I will wait for warming in the afternoon and do some more planting in my yard.

No Easter plans here. Family is busy elsewhere. It would be nice to work in the yard today but not sure we will as it's wet and cold

I was planning a quiet Easter like that while Joe went on a long bike ride with friends but when I woke up he was still here and took me to Easter brunch at Primland. It was very festive and gourmet and I'm still stuffed (sugar high too!)!

I think I read your post about being at Peaks of Otter but I'm not sure. How can I find it? I tried a search but nothing came up.

Our boy is working today so it's just me and Mrs. Chatterbox. She's gonna fry me some lamb chops. Wish you were around to share them with us.

Quiet here, too. I am soaking up the facebook photos of the relatives with little ones playing outside, coloring eggs and searching for eggs. What a beautiful day for them.

My Easter weekend was quiet. I enjoyed the sights and sounds of our city park filled with children's laughter when I drove by. Hope you enjoyed the peace of your home.

What beautiful pictures. Our Easter was completely quiet. Jerry mowed lawn, I planted vegies and flowers. Early to bed. Very nice.

Beautiful photos, that remind me I need to go work in my garden. The little rain we've had has brought some weeds.

Easter was a dud for many this year.
Looks like the blooms are keeping you company!
